I needed to read this today, and consider how the pride in me is leading me around by the nose, justifying itself, convincing me of wrong things, creating darkness and death in relationships. I'm always afraid if I do something like that my fellow believers or non-believers will think less of me, or that I don't have enough faith to overcome the things I'm struggling with. I think we forget that we're humans, God knows we're human. It's okay if we have emotions, down-days whatever the case may be, we just can't let them rule and have us. I know often times I'll have a "me" moment and he will always send someone or some thing to bring me back around and get in line with His word.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-705168969191250461.post-16130659149865272912011-01-07T13:50:55.944-05:002011-01-07T13:50:55.944-05:00oh melissa... i felt this deep. i'm batttling ...oh melissa... i felt this deep. i'm batttling pride today, hard. thank you sister. you don't know how you minister to this broken heart.Mommy Emilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09989213786947802537noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-705168969191250461.post-34795690077127801072011-01-07T12:26:09.650-05:002011-01-07T12:26:09.650-05:00Wow Melissa.
